RPO Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPO Talent Partner to join our Technology recruitment team in Singapore. You will work onsite with a Financial Services client, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for tech positions and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through advertising, direct search and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and selection processes.
• Manage relationships with internal Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates and clients for interviews and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the recruitment database.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant, either agency or in‑house.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for technology roles.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Alignment with Morgan McKinley’s values and vision.
