Sales and Logistics Manager

About the role

A permanent, full-time Sales and Logistics Manager is sought for an entertainment/media company based in Central, Singapore. The role combines leading a sales team and growing market share with overseeing logistics operations, inventory and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to achieve sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in existing and new markets
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and meet potential clients
• Train the team on product knowledge so they can sell effectively to distributors and retailers
• Oversee logistics operations, inventory management and product availability
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers for smooth shipping and fulfilment
• Generate reports and keep accurate records of orders, shipments and inventory
• Develop and manage budgets and conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
• Produce dashboard reports on sales performance by product line and distributor/region, support internal and external audits, and carry out ad hoc duties

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management position
• Leadership experience motivating and managing a diverse team
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
• Willingness to travel overseas for business trips and to work in the warehouse when required
• Open to working some weekends and public holidays for company events

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good to have: Class 3 driving licence; Japanese is an added advantage

What we offer

• Salary of SGD 5,000 - 5,500
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day including a 1-hour lunch break, with flexible start time between 8.30am and 10am
