Sales and Marketing Engineer – Avionics

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Engineer to promote its engineering and MRO capabilities to aircraft manufacturers, operators and MROs across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will work closely with the engineering team to craft tailored avionics solutions for new and existing aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Promote engineering and MRO capabilities to aviation customers throughout the Asia‑Pacific.
• Recommend optimal avionics system solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Develop and present technical proposals, quotations and product demonstrations.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Support project planning and facilitate communication between sales and engineering.

Required profile

• Diploma in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in avionics systems design or engineering.
• Demonstrated marketing or sales experience within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of FAA, EASA or military design standards.
• Experience coordinating engineering design projects is a plus.
