Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to develop and execute creative corporate marketing strategies while maintaining a strong brand image. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and digital campaign management across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative marketing strategies that reinforce brand positioning.
• Create, edit and proof‑read promotional materials, EDMs and social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Plan, launch and analyse Facebook and Google advertising campaigns using Google Analytics and AdWords.
• Maintain and update the corporate website on WordPress or Wix and capture inbound leads.
• Research new marketing avenues and propose partnership or business opportunities.
• Coordinate events, film shoots and produce visual assets using photography and videography skills.
• Manage customer feedback, testimonials and respond to queries via Mailchimp and social channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and assist with budget planning.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design or a related field.
• Meticulous, creative, proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to start immediately.
