Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will develop and execute creative corporate marketing strategies while maintaining the brand image. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement corporate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Create, edit, and proof‑read promotional copy, EDMs, social media content and email marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyse performance of Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other paid media using tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
• Manage corporate social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and respond to audience queries.
• Maintain and update the corporate website on WordPress or Wix and process inbound leads.
• Conduct market research and propose new marketing avenues.
• Coordinate events, video shoots and photography sessions.
• Collect and record customer feedback, reviews and testimonials.
• Oversee the Mailchimp database and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design or a related field.
• Meticulous, creative, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, multi‑tasker and capable of independent work.
