Sales Assistant (Style Maker) – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our luxury retail environment. You will introduce clients to the brand’s heritage, craft personalized looks, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through ideal dream looks, contributing to store sales targets.
• Provide comprehensive product insights, recommend additional items, and execute up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Maintain positive customer relationships using omnichannel practices and digital communication tools.
• Support store visual presentation and ensure product displays align with brand standards.
• Participate in store operations such as opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety.
• Utilize digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance business processes and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Xstore.
• Familiarity with the Golden App.
• Knowledge of Stealth digital platform.
