Sales Assistant/Coordinator (West) – Up to SGD 2,500/month

About the role

The Sales Assistant/Coordinator (West) will support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and key clients. This junior‑level position offers exposure to end‑to‑end sales operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales mailbox, prioritising urgent email and fax requests.
• Issue delivery orders and cash invoices promptly.
• Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up with third‑party vendors.
• Verify purchase order accuracy, including price, stock availability and shipping terms.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Class A key customers and coordinate queries from other team members.
• Track weekly and monthly sales performance against KPI targets.
• Liaise with logistics and procurement to confirm stock levels and delivery status.
• Follow up overdue accounts based on debtor reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma/ITE/GCE O‑Level qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Team‑player mindset.
