Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Salesforce as a Sales Development Representative and help drive growth by creating new business opportunities across a variety of industries. You will work closely with Account Executives to target high‑potential accounts and engage senior executives in meaningful conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate inbound and outbound leads to fuel pipeline growth.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build and prioritize strategic target account lists.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while contributing to overall business growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑time corporate sales experience (software sales a plus).
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Competitive, motivated, and able to work in a “win as a team” environment.
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Resourceful with a strong drive for results.
