Sales Development Representative

About the role

You will evangelize Salesforce by generating new business through inbound and outbound opportunities and conducting high‑level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts. Working closely with Account Executives, you will create and prioritize strategic target‑account lists within a defined territory, contributing to rapid growth in a collaborative, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives to qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build and prioritize target‑account lists.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in Salesforce.
• Support the overall sales strategy for assigned market segments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑time corporate sales experience (software sales a plus).
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Competitive, motivated and able to work in a “win as a team” environment.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
