Sales Development Representative

About the role

LinkedIn is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Singapore. The role supports the Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions businesses by qualifying inbound leads and running outbound campaigns to build the pipeline for the region. The work location is hybrid, split between home and the LinkedIn office on selected days.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with account executives by aligning priorities, targets and success metrics, working within the ROE framework.
• Engage prospects through structured outreach, understand their business needs and apply product knowledge and qualification frameworks such as BANT to create meaningful opportunities.
• Refine outreach through testing, data enrichment and feedback to improve engagement, conversion and funnel performance.
• Meet monthly and quarterly goals by tracking core KPIs and using data to improve effectiveness.
• Understand customer buying processes, communicate value clearly and keep CRM data accurate to support pipeline quality and forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, lead generation or sales operations, or a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Preferred: 6+ months of experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot, able to maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Familiarity with multi-channel prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) and AI-powered research and workflow tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret basic metrics and work with sales teams.
