Sales Manager – Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for ANNAI UNAVAGAM PTE. LTD. based on Jurong Island, Singapore. The role focuses on maximizing the sales team’s potential, developing strategic sales plans and presenting results to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth targets and meet sales objectives by leading the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay aware of new products and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong business sense with industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales or customer service is beneficial.
