Sales Manager / Director - Application Solutions

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region, is looking for a Sales Manager / Director in Singapore. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will drive sales of NCS application solutions, build trusted client relationships and close deals while coordinating pre-sales, professional services and support resources with the Client Service Units, Lines of Business and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of accounts by engaging key decision makers and selling NCS application solutions
• Identify and gain business from new and existing clients, manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build relationships at all levels with assigned clients and develop value propositions to negotiate and close deals
• Coordinate across functional teams and Lines of Business to deliver winning solutions, get orders provisioned and meet service expectations
• Act as a trusted client advisor, bringing together the right NCS team and expertise for pre-sales, professional services and support
• Work with Client Service Units and Lines of Business to define solution offerings and value propositions, and help strategize new growth plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Master's, with a background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• More than 5 years of sales or presales experience in ICT services or consulting, or more than 8 years of technical sales
• Proven experience selling application-driven opportunities
• Knowledge of commercial arrangements; application implementation experience is an added advantage

• Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, negotiation and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of the organisation's products and services and of NCS operational processes
