Sales Manager – FMCG & Food Service (Singapore)

About the role

The Whole Kitchen is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth of its natural, gluten‑free snack range across Singapore. You will own revenue generation for grocery retail, specialty stores, corporate accounts, hotels, cafés and food‑service partners, balancing existing key‑account stewardship with aggressive new‑business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B accounts across premium supermarkets, independent grocers, corporate offices, hotels, cafés, gyms and wellness spaces.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles – from cold outreach and presentations to product tastings, negotiations and deal closure.
• Manage and expand relationships with retail buyers, category managers and distribution partners, driving shelf placement, promotions and co‑marketing activations.
• Monitor stock levels, product rotation and out‑of‑stock situations at customer locations.
• Collaborate with leadership on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets; analyse KPIs and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct regular trade visits and represent the brand at trade shows, corporate wellness events and industry networking functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive sales or business‑development experience in FMCG, F&B or natural‑foods in Singapore.
• Established network of retail buyers, category managers or food‑service procurement contacts is highly advantageous.
• Passion for health‑focused, natural products and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
