Sales Manager (SMT/EMS/Semicon/Plating Chemical)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in the SMT, EMS, semiconductor and plating chemical markets. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for our customers in Singapore and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts.
• Provide technical consultation and propose solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply‑chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations and cost breakdowns.
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and technical discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Participate in negotiations, contract discussions and project execution planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering or project engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, manufacturing processes and electronic components.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
