Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

The Sales Operations Analyst will support the commercial team by managing tender processes, maintaining CRM data, and providing actionable sales insights. This role sits at the intersection of sales, data analytics, and digital marketing within the construction and telecommunications sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor public and private procurement platforms for relevant telecommunications, solar PV, and EV charging tenders.
• Coordinate tender submissions and act as the main point of contact for bid management.
• Own, audit, and clean the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track win/loss data, pipeline health, and lifecycle bottlenecks.
• Deliver sales analytics and performance reports, including revenue forecasts, team KPIs, and project hand‑over speeds.
• Conduct market research on emerging green‑technology, telecom, and EV charging trends in Singapore.
• Perform competitor analysis and manage the company’s digital marketing footprint to capture inbound B2B leads.
• Develop unified quotation frameworks and standardize multi‑device pricing sheets for field sales and project management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience handling tender preparation, digital marketing, and data analytics.
