Sales Operations Intern (Bachelor's Degree)

About the role

Marvell's Sales Operations team supports the company in meeting its revenue and design win goals by providing data analysis and insights, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies and customer requests, and improving business processes through automation. As a Sales Operations intern, you will work with teammates in Singapore and collaborate with Sales teams in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply and order backlog data to drive prioritized, data-based allocation decisions across financial groups.
• Support the implementation of the sample order system, acting in an administrator capacity.
• Support and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new tools and system implementation projects, contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Sales department experience and a general understanding of sales processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational, data analytical and communication skills, and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in using AI application tools, excellent problem-solving and time-management skills, attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Query and Power BI, or knowledge of systems applications is an advantage.
