Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive new business for our postpartum care services. You will generate leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and guide them through our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing information and guidance on postpartum care packages.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
