Sales Supervisor – Lead Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. Reporting to the store and general managers, you will act as a bridge between the organization and its clients, driving brand visibility and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales representatives and oversee marketing activities such as product activations.
• Assist line managers in recruiting, training, and retaining a high‑performing sales team.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports and tools for top management.
• Maintain client communication, onboard new customers and handle customer complaints.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and promotional events to increase brand exposure.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and other marketing events.
• Analyse market trends and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
• Ensure proper product display across malls, supermarkets and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate and retain a sales team.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
