Sales & Tender Support Executive

About the role

Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking an organized and dependable Sales & Tender Support Executive to manage tender documentation, invoicing, and day‑to‑day sales administration. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents and respond promptly to Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track and monitor inventory levels to support tender and sales order fulfilment.
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for tender and customer sales orders.
• Coordinate order deliveries and follow up on payment collections.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve tender, delivery, or billing queries.
• Maintain proper filing and record‑keeping of tender and sales administrative documents.
• Support salespeople with quotations, order forms, and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender support, sales administration or order processing.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under time pressure.
• Comfortable handling invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross‑functional teams.
