SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to design and deliver integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global enterprise. The role will own the end‑to‑end integration architecture, data flows, and reporting framework for multiple SuccessFactors instances and related HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
• Lead the design, build, testing, deployment and hyper‑care of integrations for SuccessFactors modules, non‑SAP systems and legacy tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end data flows, ensure data accuracy, consistency and reconciliation, and monitor interface health.
• Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards and analytics using Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports and People Analytics.
• Enable consolidated cross‑instance reporting and data aggregation for global dashboards.
• Own master‑data reconciliation, establish data‑quality standards and govern reporting integrity across HR, Finance and IT owners.
