Scaled Acquisition & Community Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

Bilibili is expanding its creator ecosystem across Southeast Asia. This role leads the end‑to‑end creator supply funnel, driving high‑volume acquisition, rapid onboarding, activation, and long‑term community retention for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the creator funnel, executing multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, direct messages, social, referrals) to build a qualified pipeline.
• Develop and maintain a segmented creator database/CRM, set funnel targets, and report conversion metrics at each stage.
• Manage third‑party acquisition channels and agency partners, providing briefs and quality oversight.
• Design onboarding cohorts and activation programs that guide creators to their first upload, community interaction, and payout.
• Create repeatable playbooks and self‑serve resources to scale onboarding without one‑on‑one support.
• Run community engagement initiatives—challenges, meet‑ups, and programs—to boost publishing cadence and foster belonging.
• Monitor community health, enforce Bilibili’s norms, and route issues to appropriate teams.
• Identify at‑risk creators and implement structured re‑activation campaigns.
• Track acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention metrics; run experiments and feed insights to product and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and near‑native proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino/Tagalog, Thai, or Vietnamese).
• 3–5 years of experience in creator or community operations, growth/acquisition, business development, or partnerships with a proven record of high‑volume outbound success.
