Scalp Consultant / Manager

About the role

A specialist hair and scalp wellness centre in the heart of Orchard is looking for a Scalp Consultant / Manager. The role combines personalised client consultations with a collaborative, target-driven team environment, and suits someone interested in trichology and scalp care who wants to grow in the wellness and beauty industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting rapport with clients by listening to their concerns and giving professional, tailored advice on hair and scalp health
• Conduct thorough scalp assessments and recommend treatment programmes suited to each person's needs
• Own individual sales targets, track progress and adjust your approach to meet and exceed them
• Work with colleagues to reach shared team sales targets and help maintain a positive, motivated culture
• Handle outlet administrative duties accurately and on time
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments in hair and scalp treatments
• Represent the centre professionally and uphold service standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a consultative sales, beauty, wellness or other client-facing role
• Genuine passion for hair and scalp health and a desire to deepen knowledge in this field
• Self-driven, results-oriented attitude able to manage personal targets independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust with clients
• Team player comfortable with flexible hours across weekdays and weekends in a retail wellness setting
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
