Scrum Master – Insurance Technology Team (Temporary)

About the role

A temporary Scrum Master position in Singapore, recruited through Michael Page, oversees and guides agile teams within the technology department of an insurance organisation. The role focuses on facilitating agile practices so that projects are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices within the team.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the progress of the team's deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience facilitating agile teams within a technology environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
