Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Integration

About the role

We are seeking a resilient Senior Accountant to lead corporate‑level systems integration and cross‑border financial transformation for a high‑growth organization. The role combines rigorous accounting standards with strategic partnership across regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting standards for Singapore and overseas entities, overseeing general ledger, statutory filings and multi‑jurisdiction consolidation.
• Partner with IT engineering to integrate regional accounting frameworks into global headquarters’ systems, continuously optimizing financial workflows.
• Manage tax declarations, corporate governance and multi‑country regulatory filings, acting as the central liaison for international financial practices.
• Provide data‑driven financial analysis and strategic insights to project leadership to support capital allocation, business development and corporate decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 audit and in‑house finance exposure.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth sectors such as technology or digital entertainment.
• Professional bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling using Excel.
• Strategic presentation development with PowerPoint.
• Deep knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
