Senior Accountant

About the role

NEON is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This hands‑on operational role will manage day‑to‑day accounting activities for both local and overseas entities, supporting accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounting for assigned entities, including journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Perform bank, balance‑sheet and inter‑company reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable processes, fixed‑asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing cycles and prepare management reports.
• Assist with consolidated reporting requirements and provide variance analysis.

Required profile

• Proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Eager to develop international accounting expertise; exposure to global accounts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and internal controls.
