Senior Accountant – Lead Team & Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead a team of accounting executives and deliver high‑quality accounting, tax, payroll and related services to an international client base. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are error‑free.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to provide timely, accurate services.
• Manage accounting, tax, payroll and GST compliance for diverse international clients.
• Advise clients on accounting, compliance and taxation matters.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to maximise satisfaction and revenue.
• Liaise with statutory bodies, audit firms and partners as required.
• Support business development by preparing write‑ups, participating in seminars and expanding service offerings.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore or equivalent) with at least 5 years of accounting and tax experience.
• Proven people‑management skills and experience in an accounting or tax firm.
• Strong understanding of regulatory policies and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer‑service abilities, especially with international clients.
• Ability to organise, prioritize and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using accounting software such as Xero.
