The role acts as a print-development subject matter expert, partnering with Design, Product Management, Materials and Color Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing Partners, Quality, Operations and print vendors to strengthen scalable, consistent execution across the supplier base. It leads complex all-over-print development from concept through commercialization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AOP development across seasonal apparel, turning artwork and creative intent into scalable, commercially viable print solutions.
  • Manage technical risk, approvals, supplier capability and Buy Ready delivery through partnerships, data and digital tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues and keep development moving.
  • Advise on artwork adaptation, repeat engineering, print placement, technique selection, material compatibility, color achievability and production scalability.

  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, support capability-improvement plans and help scale up to production.
  • Maintain development packages, approval trackers and stakeholder reports, using dashboards and analytics to track performance and bottlenecks.
  • Drive digitalization of print workflows and libraries, explore responsible AI applications and mentor teammates.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, Apparel, Graphic Design, Print Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years of relevant apparel print development, textile development, graphic execution or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of screen print, sublimation, digital print, rotary print, heat transfer, engineered prints and specialty print techniques.
  • Experience working with apparel manufacturers and print suppliers, including strike-off review, testing, approvals and production scale-up.
  • Independent problem-solving, project management and communication skills, with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Required skills

  • Excel, Tableau or similar digital analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of print quality, color, durability, registration, hand feel and production scalability.
