Senior Architectural Associate

About the role

studioMilou is seeking a Senior Architectural Associate to join its Singapore studio. You will work closely with directors and cross‑studio teams, shaping projects from concept through detailed documentation and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior solutions from concept to production documentation.
• Create 2D and 3D architectural documents, including plans, sections, elevations, details, models, renderings and presentation material.
• Contribute to competition entries and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Coordinate site meetings, track issues and keep directors informed.
• Mentor junior team members on drawing quality, detailing and presentation.
• Support studio coordination and help keep projects on programme.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Singapore and Hanoi studios.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in architecture with at least six years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong design ability and a keen eye for drawing quality, detailing and presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to other studios and project sites as required.
• Singapore citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work pass (employment pass subject to MOM approval).
• Registration with the Singapore Board of Architects preferred; otherwise appointed as Architectural Associate.
