Senior Assistant Director, Finance

About the role

The Senior Assistant Director, Finance will lead the Group Consolidation, Technical Accounting, FP&A and finance transformation functions for Frasers Property Singapore. The role combines deep accounting expertise with strategic financial planning and a focus on process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation of financial results, forecasts and budgets for all business units and ensure timely, accurate group reporting in line with accounting standards.
• Review complex accounting treatments, guide the finance team on reporting standards, and manage audit liaison.
• Prepare investor‑relation materials and annual report disclosures in coordination with the Head Office.
• Develop pro‑forma financials, scenario models and cash‑flow projections for new developments, acquisitions and divestments.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Group Reporting team, fostering technical competence and a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, focusing on digitalisation, automation and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including consolidation and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
