Senior Assistant Manager – Examination

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead the examination management process within the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The role serves as a primary contact for all examination matters, ensuring high standards of integrity, confidentiality and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Curriculum and Examination Team on undergraduate assessment, examination and award processes.
• Manage examination mark processing and administer the Mark Entry System (MES), preparing reports for the Board of Examiners.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate Board of Examiners meetings, exam paper preparation, student results appeals and special assessment arrangements.
• Oversee nomination and award of academic medals and book prizes in line with university policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in educational administration or program management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Mark Entry System (MES).
• Experience in data analytics and workflow improvement.
