Senior Associate – Community Engagement & Culture Development

About the role

Join the Quality Service Management team at Changi Airport Group to shape the ONE Changi community. You will drive engagement, partnership and culture initiatives that connect over 200 airport partners and 50,000 staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies, frameworks and programmes that foster a highly engaged airport community.
• Review, enhance and administer recognition, appreciation and awards programmes to ensure relevance and impact.
• Analyse engagement trends, participation data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Organise and execute awards, appreciation events, campaigns and community initiatives.
• Develop compelling stories and communications that celebrate achievements and reinforce desired behaviours.
• Plan and deliver customised learning programmes that build service excellence and community leadership.
• Collaborate with operational line units and stakeholders to embed airport‑wide initiatives and priorities.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in engagement, recognition and employee experience.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in quality service management, communications, community engagement, stakeholder management, partnerships or culture building.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent English writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and passionate about building communities and creating positive experiences.
