Senior Associate – Content Creation (Thought Leadership)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s SEA Content Creation team, you will lead the development of thought‑leadership assets for external audiences across Southeast Asia. You will partner with program managers and subject‑matter experts to translate complex business, finance and technology concepts into clear, compelling content that supports Deloitte’s Client Agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute end‑to‑end thought‑leadership campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.
• Draft and edit long‑form articles, case studies and whitepapers, ensuring a distinctive point‑of‑view.
• Design and conduct research activities such as surveys, focus groups and interviews, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Create supporting short‑form assets including infographics, media articles and digital soundbites to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and channel owners to publish content in optimal formats and on schedule.
• Provide editorial guidance to local teams on language, style and storytelling best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in publishing, editorial management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business, finance and technology topics.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with an “outside‑in” perspective on audience needs.
