Senior Associate – Digital Marketing & Design

About the role

CGS International is seeking a Senior Associate to lead digital marketing and design initiatives across four Asian markets. You will shape the digital strategy, manage campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy for four countries.
• Plan, launch, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Create and maintain master design templates for websites, ads, and social media.
• Produce digital assets such as banners, graphics, and presentations aligned with campaign goals.
• Coordinate event logistics, branding initiatives, and external agency relationships.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust tactics for optimal ROI.
• Stay current with digital marketing and design trends.
