Senior Associate Executive – Clinical Operations

About the role

The Senior Associate Executive will provide essential administrative and office support within the Clinical Operations department of the Institute of Mental Health. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and contribute to the delivery of mental health services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, book rooms, arrange refreshments, and prepare meeting materials.
• Take minutes, distribute notes, and follow up on action items.
• Arrange travel itineraries and related logistics as required.
• Prepare simple presentations, reports, and handle data entry tasks.
• Coordinate departmental events, training sessions, and other activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance as directed by the supervisor.
