Senior / Associate Executive, Research Office (Contract)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Associate Executive for its Research Office on a contract basis. You will support the planning, coordination and administration of research programmes focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Principal Investigators, researchers and key stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate programme activities and gather user requirements for resource planning and budgeting.
• Facilitate resource allocation and monitor timelines, budget utilisation and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and databases.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives to ensure successful execution of research programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Life Sciences or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant research administration experience.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and sensitivity to diverse cultural perspectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
