Senior Associate – US Audit (Singapore)

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our US Audit team in Singapore. The role involves supporting audit engagements for listed clients and gaining deep insight into their businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Work in audit teams to understand client businesses and assess risks.
- Execute audit plans, prepare detailed work papers and gather sufficient audit evidence.
- Apply IFRS, US GAAP and SOX‑404 requirements and present audit conclusions.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Accountancy.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
- 2‑4 years experience handling a portfolio of listed clients.
- Good understanding of business and risk management issues and relevant regulatory reporting standards.
Required skills
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Understanding of SOX‑404 compliance.
