Senior BIM Coordinator

About the role

Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring technical accuracy and contract compliance. Use BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Use Revit and AutoCAD to produce and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve issues, and validate models using advanced BIM tools.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation for ACMV works.
• Support digital delivery initiatives and optimise workflow through model integration and automation techniques.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital workflows, integrating BIM models into project management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably on ACMV or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV system layouts, coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM Guidelines and local building codes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
