Senior Business Consultant – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

SYNTHESIS is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager‑level Business Consultant to join its Singapore office. You will partner with senior banking and financial services clients to define and execute transformation agendas across AI, digital, and organizational domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges and shape transformation roadmaps.
• Lead consulting workstreams covering AI transformation, digital transformation, operating model design, and process improvement.
• Manage client communications, ensure delivery quality, and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to the growth of SYNTHESIS Singapore and its APAC footprint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience with banking or financial services clients.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in business‑level English and Mandarin.
