Senior Business Technology Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Business Technology Consultant to join its Business Technology practice in Southeast Asia. You will work with financial services clients, helping them make strategic technology decisions, govern complex transformations, and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale program steering, establishing governance and visibility across multi‑year transformations.
• Define enterprise architecture blueprints that align technology investments with business strategy.
• Analyse IT portfolios to rationalise spending, build investment cases and communicate financial value.
• Design AI‑at‑scale strategies, operating models and governance for responsible deployment of generative AI.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy or corporate transformation.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one core area: program governance, enterprise architecture, IT operating model design, IT financial management or AI strategy.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to present complex issues clearly to executives.
• Proven client‑facing credibility, comfortable leading workshops and producing defensible deliverables.
• Degree in business, technology or a related field and a demonstrated curiosity for technology.
• Experience in financial services or a strong motivation to develop expertise in the sector is a plus.
