Senior Buyer – Procurement & Sourcing (East)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement activities that support our workshop operations. You will be responsible for securing spare parts, consumables, materials and services at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery for workshop needs.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase spare parts, consumables, materials and services.
• Review supplier quotations, analyse pricing and recommend cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, pricing and expenditure reports.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives, expand the supplier base and reduce single‑source risks.
• Monitor supplier performance in delivery, quality and reliability, and implement improvement actions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc procurement reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement or buying experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Independent, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
