Senior Centre Manager – Mixed Development Projects

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Senior Centre Manager to oversee mixed‑development properties in Singapore. The role supports the Asset Manager and ensures the smooth operation of the building portfolio on behalf of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm that all services comply with policies, procedures, regulations, contractual obligations and standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning works.
• Respond to escalated tenant issues, coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs, and manage tenant improvement processes.
• Collect rent, pay expenses in line with lease terms, and prepare legal notices.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance charges.
• Prepare monthly performance forecasts, explain variances and support annual budget preparation.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to solve routine problems and support team members.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience managing a team in a mixed‑development building.
• Proven ability to lead a large onsite team including executives, officers, technicians and administrative staff.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate solutions and apply sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
