Senior Client Account Manager – Large Customer Sales

About the role

Reddit is looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to join its Singapore Enterprise team. You will work closely with Client Partners to drive advertising revenue, manage complex client relationships, and ensure successful campaign execution on Reddit’s fast‑growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and large advertisers, driving year‑on‑year revenue growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign launches and provide data‑driven optimisations.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities within the existing advertiser base.
• Oversee internal account operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Educate brands and agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
• Work with Ad Ops to resolve technical hurdles and guarantee campaign performance.
• Gather client feedback to influence Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and traditional advertising ecosystem.
• Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a growth‑mindset.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in Excel.
