Senior Client Partner (Sales) - Ad-Tech

About the role

Grab is looking for an ad-tech professional to join its Commercial team in Singapore and help drive advertising sales growth. The role sits within the Grab Singapore Commercial team, which builds partnerships with global brands and media agencies. You will report onsite at the Singapore office to the Manager, Non ACE Sales & Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of clients and keeping a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.
• Serve as product expert for all GrabAds advertising placements.
• Identify, pitch and acquire new clients through presentations and strategic outreach.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including activation, performance reporting and optimization.
• Drive retention and growth of existing accounts by analysing performance data and maintaining client engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the advertising landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in media agencies and client organisations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present integrated solutions across Grab's suite of products, including GrabAds, GrabMart and GrabPay.

Required profile

• Digital media or advertising sales background.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing and campaign execution.

• Pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Accurate reporting aligned with business KPIs.
