Senior Commercial Account Executive – Hong Kong Market

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Account Executive focusing on the Hong Kong market, you will drive Datadog’s growth by acquiring new logo customers within the Commercial segment (1‑999 employees). You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting senior technology leaders to delivering technical demos and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound pipeline and acquire net‑new customers in Hong Kong.
• Become a Datadog product expert through ongoing training.
• Conduct full‑cycle sales activities, including demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Engage C‑level technology executives and engineering leaders to understand and address their needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end sales experience.
• At least 1 year selling complex, technical products or services.
• Proven quota‑carrying track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
• Fluent in Cantonese or Business Mandarin is preferred.

Required skills

• MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Command of the Message framework.
