Senior Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our APAC team, delivering transformation projects for banks, asset managers and securities service providers. You will work on strategic initiatives, supporting financial institutions in digital transformation, regulatory compliance and operational risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client projects across banking, asset management and securities services.
• Participate in workstreams and manage project tasks.
• Assist in project management and business development activities.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings, thought leadership and marketing materials.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in management consulting or project management within financial services.
• Background in banking (corporate, institutional, financial markets), asset management, fund administration or securities services.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility for deliverables and collaborate within a team.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Compliance and operational risk management.
• Global markets / capital markets processes, including transaction reporting, trade depositories and post‑trade clearing and settlement.
