Senior Corporate Counsel – APAC

About the role
Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across its core business functions in the APAC region. You will act as a strategic legal partner, advising on a wide range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters that affect the PlayStation brand and its digital services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide transactional support and general legal counseling to multiple SIE business functions across APAC.
- Advise on corporate and commercial activities, including sales, distribution, marketing, advertising, consumer matters and vendor engagements.
- Review, draft and negotiate business agreements and legal documents for procurement, new initiatives and program rollouts.
- Manage inquiries or investigations by regulators or law enforcement, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Legal on regional strategy and direction.
