Senior Design Project Manager – Property Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end design management for large‑scale property development projects across Singapore. You will ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design management from concept through completion, overseeing architectural, structural, BIM, shop drawings and material submissions.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review and approve design deliverables, mock‑ups, method statements and variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards and operational requirements.
• Support project governance, consultant selection, construction audits, TOP readiness and post‑handover design advisory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management, including large‑scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methodologies and sustainable design principles.
