Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for passionate technophiles who believe in craftsmanship, open‑source tech, and modern solutions. As a DevOps Consultant you will help our global client base navigate complex cloud ecosystems, build scalable systems, and promote a culture of DevOps excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable multi‑cloud/hybrid architectures on AWS, GCP or Azure using IaC (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Architect resilient Kubernetes topologies (EKS, GKE, OpenShift) with multi‑cluster orchestration, service mesh and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Lead migration of legacy monoliths to cloud‑native microservices ecosystems.
• Define DevSecOps frameworks and embed security, compliance and governance into CI/CD pipelines.
• Build enterprise‑wide observability, monitoring and incident‑response using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
• Standardize continuous delivery pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) across large engineering organizations.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CTOs, VPs of Engineering and IT directors on cloud strategy and DevOps maturity.
• Lead delivery teams, coach internal consultants and contribute to open‑source initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software engineering, infrastructure or DevOps experience with proven architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep hands‑on mastery of AWS, GCP or Azure at enterprise scale.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes administration, custom controllers and Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Proven ability to build and standardize release engineering frameworks for large development organizations.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python or Bash for platform automation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to articulate complex architectural decisions.
