Senior Director, Customer Success – APJ

About the role

The Senior Director of Customer Success for the APJ region will own the strategy and execution of customer success initiatives for Saviynt’s AI‑powered identity platform. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, retention and expansion across key enterprise accounts in Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Success strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Define clear goals, KPIs and metrics to measure partner satisfaction, renewal and growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure Customer Success initiatives support overall company strategy.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing team of managers and Customer Success Managers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with strategic partners, acting as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Design and launch proactive engagement programs that drive product adoption and value realization.
• Oversee the optimization of Customer Success processes and tools to ensure scalability and a digital‑first approach.
• Monitor success metrics, identify trends and risks, and communicate actionable feedback to product, marketing and sales teams.
• Own renewal and expansion targets, driving revenue growth and customer advocacy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise identity, security or AI‑driven solutions is a plus.
