About the role

The Senior Director will lead the establishment and growth of A&M TAG Southeast Asia (TAG‑SEA), a strategic business unit of Global TAG. This senior leadership position involves driving complex assignments, building the practice, and shaping the market presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand TAG‑SEA, establishing it as a leading strategic business unit in Southeast Asia.
• Lead diverse, complex consulting assignments together with senior management professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
• Drive practice development, marketing initiatives, and sales efforts.
• Handle additional tasks as reasonably requested by A&M or its authorized representatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting, professional services, or a related industry.
• Strong track record of building and scaling business units or practice areas.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior talent.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on market development and revenue generation.
